Director

neotork, the flagship product of Neo-Oiltools, was invented by Philippe, one of the founders of the company. He began his career as a design engineer at Security DBS in Belgium, where he specialised in coring and drilling tools. With a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Gramme Institute in Liege, Philippe went on to become the Technical Director at Corpro in 1999. He continued to hold this position when Corpro became part of Reservoir Group in 2007 until 2013. When ALS Oil & Gas acquired Reservoir Group in 2013, Philippe remained as Technical Director until 2014. His passion for engineering has not diminished over the years, and he has multiple patents in the drilling industry to his name, including neotork.

Technical Director

In 2005, Michael launched his career as a Design Engineer in the aviation industry. He later became a Technical Support Engineer at Reservoir Group, where he worked alongside Philippe. In 2015, Michael teamed up with Philippe and played a crucial role in the creation and advancement of neotork. Along with his extensive experience in the industry, Michael boasts impressive academic credentials, including Master’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Gramme Institute in Liege and General Management from HEC-ULg at the University of Liege.

Chief Financial Officer

With a distinguished 30-year career in finance and management, Patrick is a notable alumnus of H.E.C. Liège. His expertise, cultivated as a financial and administrative director, spans a broad spectrum of responsibilities. He’s adept in overseeing accounting, budget planning, and managing key corporate sectors, including Quality, Environment, IT, and Legal departments. Beyond his professional prowess, Patrick’s passion for golf mirrors his strategic approach and dedication to excellence. His multifaceted expertise and strategic insights make him an invaluable asset to our team, embodying a blend of professional rigor and personal passion.

Global Business & Operations Advisor for Neotork

Guy is supporting the company’s strategic growth across international markets. With over 25 years’ experience in oil and gas and a background in geology, Guy brings deep operational and commercial insight gained across offshore and onshore drilling environments worldwide. His career began in New Zealand with Baker Hughes before moving to Asia Pacific to manage coring operations for Corpro (Reservoir Group), followed by a 14-year tenure at Weatherford in progressively senior operational and commercial leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South America, and the United States, where he became a Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2016. Since joining Neotork in 2018, Guy has played a key role in shaping the company’s early market traction and operational maturity, and now focuses on evaluating new markets, helping operators better understand and differentiate drilling-induced vibration technologies, and acting as a liaison between Neotork headquarters and global partners to ensure consistent execution, alignment of processes, and delivery of the downhole performance standards expected by clients worldwide.

Latin America Regional Manager

César is a senior operations and commercial manager with over 26 years of international experience in the oil and gas sector. Before joining neotork in 2022, he spent 21 years with SLB in sales and operational roles in Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Canada and Colombia. As a RSS Global Product Champion based in HQ offices in Houston, César also participated in business development projects leading to strategic growth and the implementation of innovative drilling optimization solutions around the world. In 2018 César joined Parker Drilling as the Service Delivery Manager for Latin America, responsible for strengthening the culture of continuous improvement by ensuring that the supply chain, quality control and asset management teams complied with corporate processes and procedures; thus securing the timely, profitable and flawless execution of contracts.

Middle East Regional Manager

With 14 years of international oilfield experience, Omar blends engineering expertise, business acumen, and customer focus. A Petroleum Engineering graduate with an MBA in Project Management from Missouri State University, he has built his career across multiple continents in both technical and commercial roles. Omar began his career with Schlumberger in Egypt, gaining hands-on field experience in the Bits and Drilling Tools product line. He then held sales and account management roles in Saudi Arabia and the U.S., supporting clients in the Permian Basin and Houston. In 2022, he returned to Saudi Arabia as Operations Manager for Well Construction Drilling, overseeing operations, resources, and HSE performance.
